How Audrey Schmierer's website collects, uses, and protects your information, how texts and emails work, and how to update or delete your details anytime.
What this site collects
This website belongs to me, Audrey Schmierer, a real estate agent with Keller Williams Central Valley in Lodi, California. I want you to know exactly what happens to your information when you use it.
When you fill out a form on this site, such as a contact form, a home value request, or a guide request, I receive what you type in: your first name, last name, email address, and, if you choose to share them, your phone number, a message, and the answers to any extra questions that form asks.
If you give a phone number, the site also records whether you checked the box agreeing to receive text messages, the exact wording that was shown next to that box, and the date and time you agreed.
Beyond what you type into a form, the site does not collect personal information about you. Like nearly every website, the service that runs this site keeps standard technical logs, such as the type of browser used and the time a page was visited, so the site can work properly and stay secure.
Who receives it
What you send through this site comes to me. It is stored in GoHighLevel, the contact management system I use to keep track of conversations and follow up with clients.
A small number of service providers help me run this site, and they handle information only on my behalf and only to do their part: Vercel, the company that hosts this website, and GoHighLevel, which receives form submissions and stores my contacts. If I add a chat feature or other tools later, this page will be updated to name them.
I do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it to anyone.
How it is used
I use your information to answer your question and to help you buy or sell a home: sending what you asked for, following up, and keeping you updated.
I also send marketing emails to the people on my list, such as market updates, new listings, and helpful information about buying and selling in the Lodi area. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can stop them anytime.
I keep your information in my contact system until you ask me to remove it.
Calls and text messages
I only send text messages to a phone number when you have agreed to receive them, by checking the box on a form or by telling me directly. Agreeing to texts is never required to work with me or to get anything on this site.
You can stop text messages anytime by replying STOP, and you can ask for help by replying HELP. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply, and how often you hear from me depends on what we're working on together.
Your phone number and consent are never sold or shared with anyone for their own marketing.
Your choices
Your information is yours. You can ask me at any time to tell you what I have, to correct anything that's wrong, or to delete it. You can also unsubscribe from emails with the link at the bottom of any marketing email, and stop texts by replying STOP.
To make any of these requests, email or call me using the details below, and I'll take care of it promptly.
This site does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent information through this site, let me know and I'll delete it.
